Description:
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Castle Rock Computing for the procurement of SNMPc Enterprise License Maintenance in support of the Navy's Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS) program. The requirement includes a quantity of four licenses for 2025 and options for 50 licenses for each of the following years: 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029. The Government does not have the detailed data rights for this effort and intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C)(1).
