NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Galesburg, Illinois, hereby invites sealed bids for the purchase of a new 4x2 heavy duty cab/chassis for the Water Division. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, April 23, 2025, at the office of the Purchasing Agent located in City Hall, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL 61401; and at that time, publicly opened and read aloud in the Basement Conference Room, located in City Hall. Bid documents are available at the office of the Purchasing Agent or by visiting the city website at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. Resolution No. 90-74 requires Compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids.
