The City of Newark is seeking bids for the provision of dental equipment and supplies. The successful bidder will be required to provide a variety of dental equipment and supplies, including but not limited to dental supplies and dental equipment. The contract will be for a period of time, but the exact duration is not specified. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of the contract to cover actual requirements needed for the contract period. • The bidder should have on-hand reasonable quantities of the products indicated on the Price Schedule Sheet. • All products must be new, good quality and current manufacturer’s production. • The City reserves the right to request, and the bidder agrees to provide, samples of any product for evaluation purposes. • All products purchased under this contract will be covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. • The City reserves the right to request, and the bidder agrees to provide, copies of the various manufacturer’s standard written warranties. • Deliveries are to be made during normal weekday business hours to the designated Using Agency (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). • All delivered or shipped items are subject to inspection by Using Agency manager or authorized designee upon receipt. • If any of the products or packages are damaged, defective or otherwise unsatisfactory, the bidder agrees to replace the products within two business days after notification from the City, and at no additional cost to the City.
