The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to renovate the Primary Care Department at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. The project will involve renovating approximately 19,084 square feet of existing space to meet the requirements of the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) concept. The work will include architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements, as well as infection control, dust prevention, and noise and vibration control measures. The project is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and has a magnitude of between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. • The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. • The project will include phasing to accommodate the Medical Center's ongoing operations. • The contractor shall obtain all necessary licenses and/or permits required to perform the work in the state of Ohio. • A hard copy of a Bid Bond and an electronic copy of Payment and Performance shall be required.
