The County of Santa Cruz is seeking a qualified organization to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive services to low-income youth ages 16 to 24, including employment and training services, education, and support services. The contractor will also be required to meet federal performance goals and provide quarterly reports to the Workforce Development Board. The contract is expected to be awarded for a period of 2 years with three possible extensions. • The contractor will be responsible for providing services to approximately 129 youth participants. • The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive program design that includes all required program services. • The contractor will be required to meet federal performance goals, including placement in employment or education, median earnings, and credential attainment. • The contractor will be required to provide quarterly reports to the Workforce Development Board. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all program participants meet WIOA eligibility requirements. • The contractor will be required to provide services in accordance with WIOA regulations and local Workforce Development Board policies.
