The Foreign-Trade Zone No. 9 is seeking a contractor to provide as-needed electrician services. The contractor will be responsible for providing regular and emergency electrician services, including replacing emergency ballasts, installing electrical sub-meters, and troubleshooting electrical circuits. The contractor must have the necessary licenses and insurance to perform the work. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to 4 additional 12-month periods. • The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete the work. • The contractor must have a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate liability insurance. • The contractor must provide proof of workers' compensation insurance and other required insurance coverage. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a firm hourly rate for the services provided.
