Winnebago County is seeking a contractor to provide lawn mowing and landscaping services at the UW Fox Cities Campus. The contractor will be responsible for providing these services for a period of one year, with the option for renewal for up to four additional years. The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing similar services and must submit a proposal that includes a brief company history, a list of equipment available for the project, and a description of the anticipated duration of on-site time per visit. The evaluation criteria for this RFP include understanding of the project, experience, experience of personnel, equipment, and cost. • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance meeting County requirements. • The contractor must sign a standard County contract within 10 days after award. • The contractor must comply with all applicable local codes and obtain all necessary permits. • The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to select the proposal considered most advantageous to the County.
