Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Physiologic Vascular Diagnostic System with accessories for the West Texas Veterans Health Care System in Big Spring, Texas. The system should be capable of performing upper and lower arterial pressures and waveforms, and should include features such as dual channel calibrated pneumoplethysmography, dual auto inflation with selectable auto bleed for pressure studies, and a 24" all-in-one medical grade CPU with touch screen on Windows 10. The contractor will be required to provide a 1-day training and certification exam, and the system should come with a minimum 1-year warranty. The contractor should also provide documentation for daily cleansing and sterilization procedures for the proposed system and transducers/probes. • The system should be non-invasive and capable of determining if patients are getting adequate blood flow to their extremities at rest and after stress. • The system should be used in multi-specialties for veterans in Cardiology and Vascular Surgery on an inpatient and outpatient basis. • The contractor should ensure delivery is made within 60 days of contract award. • The contractor should provide a comprehensive training program for VA employees.
