The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a responsible vendor to provide one Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller for in-house replacement of the existing unit serving the Food Service Department at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan, TX. The proposed unit must be submitted with the full product detail sheets and specifications that are equal or equivalent to the requested specifications. All materials must meet applicable industry standards and comply with relevant environmental, safety, and quality requirements. * The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). * The evaluation criteria will follow the Lowest Price-Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, where price and technical acceptability will be evaluated equally. * The existing chiller is a Carrier 30RBB10064-50, Serial 1310Q74039, with a tonnage of 100 tons. * The entering water temperature is 54 F and the leaving water temperature is 44 F. * The chiller pad is 106" wide and 202" long.
