The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide tube assembly services. The contractor will be required to comply with various technical and quality requirements, including those specified in the Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD) and other applicable documents. The contractor will also be required to provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Government and to submit reports and other deliverable items as specified in the contract. • The contractor must comply with the specified revisions of cited documents, including drawings, specifications, and standards. • The contractor must provide written approval for the use of document revisions other than those specified. • The contractor must conduct first article testing and inspection on 10 units in accordance with the IRPOD requirements. • The contractor must prepare and submit a report in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423). • The contractor must comply with packaging requirements, including the use of heat-sealed envelopes and other specified methods.
