The poles must be 30' mounting height, with a shaft size of 7.5" x 3.7" x 27', 8' double arms, hand hole, nut covers, and galvanized finish. The quantity required is 23. The supplier must provide a standalone price for each line item, and all prices are to be quoted FOB Destination with full freight and/or delivery charges allowed. The purchase is subject to Iowa Sales Tax, and the supplier is subject to payment of Iowa income tax in amounts prescribed by law. • The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. • The supplier must certify that this bid is made in good faith without collusion or connection with any other person or persons bidding on the work. • The supplier must agree that, in the event of any discrepancies or differences between any conditions of this bid and the contract documents prepared by the City of Ames, Iowa, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.
