The Point Mugu Revetment Repair Project is a land-based repair effort to restore approximately 2,100 linear feet of the Central Revetment. The project will increase the revetment crest to a design elevation between +20 and +23 feet from the existing central revetment elevation. The seaward slope will be reinforced with a minimum of two layers of estimated 6 to 8 ton armor stone, while the landward slope will utilize a minimum of two layers of estimated 2 ton reset armor stone. • The project is set-aside 100% for Small Business. • The project is projected to cost more than $10,000,000. • A site visit is planned for 21 August 2025. • The solicitation may be issued on or about 11 August 2025. • The tentative bid opening date is 10 September 2025.
