The U.S. Mission Geneva is seeking a qualified language training provider to deliver high-quality French language courses tailored to the needs of its personnel. The courses will accommodate varying levels of proficiency—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—and focus on practical language skills relevant to professional and diplomatic contexts. The contractor will be responsible for providing all instructional materials, qualified instructors, and administrative support. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year options to renew. • The contractor will provide French language instruction to approximately 40 to 60 students, organized into three proficiency levels. • Each class will include 1 hour of instruction per week, and classes will consist of approximately six students each. • The contractor will design a curriculum for each proficiency level that aligns with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) standards. • The contractor will conduct pre-course assessments for student placement and mid-year progress assessments. • The contractor will provide student counseling and submit progress reports to the U.S. Mission's designated Point of Contact (POC).
