The State of California Military Department is seeking a single bid for refuse collection and disposal services at the National Guard Facilities located at 10616 Superfortress Ave., Mather, CA 95655. The contract duration is 12 months, from March 23, 2026, to March 22, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary to perform the services. The bid must be submitted for the entire work described, and any deviation from the specification will not be considered and will be cause for rejection of the bid. • The contractor shall provide qualified and trained personnel during the contract period. • The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary to perform the refuse collection and disposal services. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor shall provide a drug-free workplace and comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990. • The contractor shall maintain accurate records and provide them to the State upon request. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. The State also reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time and not to award a contract if it is determined to be in the best interest of the State to do so.
