The County of Genesee is seeking a vendor to provide Electronic Monitoring Program services for delinquent youth and adult offenders. The services include GPS monitoring, alcohol monitoring, and equipment installation. The vendor will be responsible for providing office hours consistent with the regular business hours of the Juvenile Probation Department and having sufficient staff available to assist in installations. The vendor will also be responsible for replacing malfunctioning equipment within 24 hours after notification. • The contract will be for a period of one year. • The County is seeking a vendor that can provide 24/7 monitoring and real-time incident reporting capability. • The vendor will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing monitoring devices. • The County is seeking a vendor that can provide training to approximately 4-5 officers/staff for the Sheriff's Department and approximately 15-20 officers/staff for the Juvenile Probation Department.
