North Carolina A&T State University is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive boiler maintenance services across the entire campus. The selected contractor will be responsible for routine inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency services to ensure optimal boiler performance, efficiency, and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. The contractor must provide a detailed boiler maintenance schedule, including frequency of inspections, servicing, and annual inspections. The vendor must also include a tentative maintenance schedule for the 13 boilers located throughout campus. The contract term is for three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
