The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide On-Call Material Engineering and Testing Services (METS) for District 59. The selected firm will provide consultation, research, professional, and technical services required for Quality Management Assessment (QMA) Services, including verification, inspection, sampling, and materials testing for structural materials at fabrication facilities and construction sites. The services will be performed on an as-needed basis to support Caltrans' Division of Engineering Services, METS, District 59. The contract term is estimated to be three years, with an estimated contract amount of $3,345,463 to $5,436,378.
