Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to conduct a campus-wide Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) survey at the Manchester VA Medical Center. The survey will identify existing conditions of several buildings on campus, enabling current and future construction projects to understand ACM risks. The contractor will provide materials, tools, testing, and qualified personnel for the survey. The project includes inspecting accessible areas of all site buildings, collecting bulk samples for laboratory analysis, and providing a comprehensive report. • The survey will cover approximately 309,139 square feet of building space. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects at medical facilities. • The contractor must comply with federal, state, and local environmental statutes and regulations. • The project includes providing an O&M Plan for the facility. • The contractor must have valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be verified in VetCert and SBA DSBS under NAICS 541620.
