The Borough of Leonia is seeking a comprehensive, scalable, and user-friendly cloud-based software system to manage various municipal licensing and registration modules. The primary goals of this project are to replace existing manual and disparate systems with a centralized, integrated cloud-based solution, improve efficiency and accuracy in licensing and registration processes, enhance citizen access to services through online portals, reduce administrative overhead and operational costs, provide robust reporting and analytics capabilities, ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations, and have the ability to swap out modules mid-contract as needed. Some key features of the proposed system include: • Module Integration: The system must seamlessly integrate the following modules: Business Registration, Construction Code Permits, Dog and Cat Licenses, and Garage Sales. • User Management: Role-based access control for municipal staff and a citizen portal for online applications and payments. • Payment Processing: Integration with secure online payment gateways and support for various payment methods. • Reporting and Analytics: Customizable reporting capabilities, data visualization dashboards, and export data in various formats. • Notifications and Communication: Automated email and SMS notifications and integration with email and SMS gateways. The Borough of Leonia will award this Competitive Contract in accord with Price and Other Factors as outlined within N.J.S.A 40A:11-4.1 et. Seq., and N.J.A.C. 5:34-4.1 et. Seq.
