The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking a certified small business to provide fence installation services at the San Bernardino Unit – Headquarters (BDU – HQ) located at 3800 North Sierra Way, San Bernardino, CA 92405. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to install a new fence with gates. The contract requires prevailing wages if the total bid amount exceeds $1,000.00. • The contractor must be a California Certified Small Business. • The contractor must have a C-13 Fencing Contractor or C-23 Ornamental Metal Contractor license. • The contractor must provide proof of current and valid registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and the California Contractor State Licensing Board (CSLB). • The contractor must submit a rate sheet, bid/bidder certification sheet, payee data information, contractor certification clauses, and other required documents. • An optional site walkthrough is scheduled on June 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. • Questions must be submitted by June 16, 2025, 5:00 PM. • Bids must be submitted by June 19, 2025, 5:00 PM.
