The County of Leon, Florida is seeking professional landscape architect services for various projects. The scope of work includes landscape design, coordination with architects, product research, plant material selection, and construction administration. The selected firm will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis, and the contract period will be for two years with three optional one-year extensions. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate a contract with the most qualified firm. • The firm shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and certifications. • The firm shall provide proof of current registration with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. • The firm shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment eligibility and immigration. • The firm shall provide a detailed proposal outlining their experience, qualifications, and approach to the project. • The firm shall provide a MWBE participation plan and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to minority and women-owned businesses.
