The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking a contractor to perform fire and smoke damper testing services at the Joint Ambulatory Care Center in Pensacola, Florida. The contractor will be required to locate, map, test, and inspect all smoke and fire dampers, including repair work, and provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract period is from February 27, 2026, to June 27, 2026. • The contractor must be a 100% set-aside Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). • The contractor must be registered in the SAM database and provide information to demonstrate that at least 51 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the SDVOSB concern or other SDVOSB concerns. • The contractor must provide past performance references. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the Statement of Work.
