The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance support for its Building Automation System (BAS) at the DISA Headquarters' complex. The contractor will be responsible for providing calibration, repair, testing, and software maintenance services for the BAS system, which controls and monitors various assets such as HVAC systems, lighting systems, and emergency power systems. The contractor must have expert technicians trained on the LonWorks protocol and have experience with Schneider-Electric TAC I/A Series MicroNet controllers and other Modbus devices. The contract will be for a period of six months, with the possibility of an additional six-month option period. The contractor must provide a fixed-price quote and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must provide preventative maintenance services, including annual verification of proper operation of sensors, actuators, controllers, valves, and other devices. • The contractor must provide configuration management services, including adjusting parameters and set points for changing environmental conditions and updating changes to existing data fields. • The contractor must provide helpdesk support services, including attending coordination meetings and responding to requests for investigation and repair of any aspect of the control system. • The contractor must have a security clearance level of Secret and must be able to obtain an interim or final Secret Facility Clearance from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Facility Clearance Branch within 60 days after award. • The contractor must provide a 508 plan or state that 508 requirements are not applicable. • The contractor must provide a mission essential plan describing how services will continue to be performed if necessary.
