The North Carolina Department of Public Safety is seeking a vendor to provide parking lot paving services at the Samarcand Training Academy in Jackson Springs, NC. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing approximately 2200 square yards of ABC Stone subgrade, 830 square yards of 3” type asphalt binder and 2” type SD9.5B asphalt surface for heavy duty asphalt paving, and 1370 square yards of 2” type S9.5B asphalt surface for light duty paving. The vendor shall also backfill the edge of pavement with onsite fill material, sawcut, remove asphalt and patch a damaged area, and perform other related tasks. • The vendor must be a North Carolina registered vendor in good standing. • The vendor must attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit on June 18, 2025. • The vendor must submit questions and bids through the Sourcing Tool. • The vendor must provide a pricing form, customer reference form, and other attachments as required. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that offers the lowest price that meets the specifications. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to historically underutilized businesses and lobbying activities.
