Description:
The Oakley Union Elementary School District (OUESD) is seeking a qualified construction‑management firm to provide program‑level and project‑level services for its K‑12 facilities. The firm will oversee the district’s bond‑program schedule and budget, conduct design‑team coordination, value‑engineering, constructability reviews, bidding assistance, on‑site construction supervision, regulatory liaison, reporting, and close‑out documentation. Proposals must be submitted electronically via Securebids by March 11 2026.
