The City of Baton Rouge / East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (MOHSEP) is seeking a contractor to provide project management, grant management, and administrative services. The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing services in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal compliance and program requirements. The proposal should include a cover letter, table of contents, proposer qualifications and experience, RFP compliance, project schedule, financial proposal, and other relevant information.
