Tarrant County is seeking a vendor to supply ten cart tuggers for heavy loads on wheels to be moved. The cart movers shall be space-efficient and reduce the number of times to come back and reload trucks with more Election Equipment Containers (EECs). The cart movers need to handle going outside and a wider range of turf. The technical specifications for the cart movers include a minimum capacity of 100 lbs to 2,000 lbs or more, 24v rechargeable NiCad or Lithium battery, adjustable speed control, and all-terrain pneumatic wheels. The contractor shall quote an equipment that meets or exceeds the basic specifications for the equipment unit. • The cart movers shall be new, non-refurbished, and currently advertised. • The contractor shall submit a set of the latest specification sheets with their quote. • The contractor shall provide an estimated delivery lead time that is as accurate as possible. • The shipping terms for this purchase are FOB Destination, Prepaid and Allowed. • The contractor shall provide a standard warranty for the equipment. • The award shall be made to the lowest responsible contractor who meets or exceeds all Tarrant County specifications.
