The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the purchase of 1500 tons of gravel to be delivered to Lake Glendora Test Facility in support of Facilities maintenance mission requirements. The contractor will be required to deliver and spread flat the full amount. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. • The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP). • The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the delivery of the gravel. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses. • The contractor must provide a quote that includes all costs associated with the delivery of the gravel, including labor, materials, and equipment. • The contractor must be able to deliver the gravel within the required timeframe, which is from 15 Aug 2025 to 22 Aug 2025.
