The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Wildlife is seeking contractors to demolish six structures at the Marion and Fred Conkel Wildlife Area in Pike County, Ohio. The project involves demolition of buildings and foundations, followed by removal and site reclamation. The contractor will be expected to work through reporting and permitting for all activities contained in this scope of work. Key responsibilities include: • Demolition of six structures, including a brick and vinyl siding house, a concrete block shed, a wood barn, a metal barn, a one-car garage, and a detached wooden patio • Removal of foundations and site reclamation • Pumping, collapsing, and rendering permeable a septic system vault • Filling and sealing a basement and well • Minimizing impacts to native trees and vegetation • Filling and seeding holes and depressions made from demolition work • Providing deliverables under this contract F.O.B. destination/pre-paid/allowed
