Description:
The City of Albuquerque is seeking a qualified Offeror to enhance and operate the Airport Advertising Concession Program at the Albuquerque International Sunport. The goal of the program is to increase revenue and move towards a more collaborative sales and contract strategy. The Offeror will be responsible for designing, installing, operating, and managing an innovative, state-of-the-art advertising program that optimizes advertising effectiveness and minimizes visual clutter. The program should feature displays that are aesthetically consistent with the Airport's unique sense of place and are complementary to the Airport's design and architectural standards. The Offeror should propose creative advertising media displays, such as backlit wall and free-standing dioramas, digital monitors, spectaculars, showcases, wraps, multi-media devices, and interactive kiosks. The City prefers that 75-85% of the display areas utilize digital media. The contract resulting from this RFP is anticipated to have a term of five years with two optional extensions of two years.
