The Department of Information Resources (DIR) is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide End-User IT Outsourcing Services to eligible customers. The services include IT help desk and support, desktop and hardware management, software updates and maintenance, license management, and security management. The contract will be for an indefinite term with no minimum guarantees of any purchases. • The services will be provided to eligible customers, including state agencies, local governments, and institutions of higher education. • The vendor will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving problems through various channels. • The vendor will also be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software, and cloud resources. • The contract will include a Master Cooperative Contract with terms and conditions that will be negotiated with the successful respondent. • The evaluation criteria will include the vendor's history and experience, contract marketing and customer support plan, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
