The City of St. Petersburg is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide three inch, four inch, and six inch riser rings 23.25" I.D X 37.25" O.D on an as-needed basis. The contract term will be for three years from the date of the executed agreement, and may be renewed for a period not to exceed the initial contract term. The estimated annual expenditure is approximately $150,000. The vendor must meet the minimum qualifications, including having been in the business of providing riser rings for a minimum of three years and having the ability to obtain the minimum insurance requirements. The vendor will be responsible for delivering goods to 1650 3rd Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713 and providing a point of contact to coordinate directly with the city project manager. • The City will award the contract to the lowest responsible and responsive vendor. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, including Florida Statute §448.095 pertaining to required use of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system. • The vendor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid. • The vendor must have the necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, ability, experience, financial resources, and special qualifications to perform the work in a satisfactory manner within the time specified.
