The City of Palmdale is seeking a qualified consulting firm to deliver comprehensive technical assistance and program‑administration support for its federally funded housing and community‑development grant programs, including CDBG, CDBG‑CV, HOME, NSP, HOME‑ARP, and ARPA/CSLFRF. The consultant will be responsible for eligibility determinations, compliance monitoring, report preparation, data entry in HUD and Treasury systems, sub‑recipient oversight, and training City staff.
