Description:
The Town of Greenwich is seeking a consultant to perform a pavement condition assessment and update of the Town's Pavement Management System. The consultant will conduct network analysis, generate various management reports and budget scenarios, and provide a written report detailing the different scenarios generated during the analysis. The project shall be completed and delivered in a three-month time frame. The consultant shall be capable of performing all tasks in-house and provide the Town with a turnkey product that is in Excel format and compatible with the Town's asset management software, Lucity. • The project includes performing automated pavement condition surveys and data analysis to determine Pavement Condition Index (PCI) values. • The consultant shall update the Pavement Management System database and develop various budget scenarios to determine a logical distribution and allocation of maintenance and rehabilitation budgets. • The consultant shall provide a written report that details the different scenarios generated during the analysis and recommends a course of action for the Town's maintenance. • The consultant shall provide rehabilitation cost and effective strategies along with a "worst first" and "maintain good roads" PCI list.
