Description:
The Town of Rotterdam is seeking bids for the Kiwanis International Park Waterfront Access Improvements Project, which is divided into two separate contracts: Contract No. 1 for General Construction and Contract No. 2 for Dock Construction. The project includes site clearing, site grading, drainage improvements, concrete bulkhead construction, concrete pathway, sidewalk and pavement installation, striping of parking areas, and restoration activities. The dock construction contract includes the installation of a Pre-Engineered Floating ADA Commercial Kayak Launch System with ADA Curbing, Pre-Engineered ADA Gangway with Float Frame and Railings, and ADA Transfer Platform and Railing.
