Description:
The Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority is seeking a qualified company to provide and service digital multifunctional devices (MFDs) that can print, scan, and copy. The devices must be brand new and include all new parts of standard first-grade quality. The contract term is expected to be three years with an option for a two-year renewal. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services as needed and approved by the Authority. • The devices must be digital technology and include all new parts of standard first-grade quality. • The devices must be able to produce readable, useful, plain paper prints/copies of typical originals. • The devices must have readability and life in excess of seven years as used under normal office use, climate, and storage conditions. • The devices must meet or exceed the requirements of the Underwriters Laboratory (or similar). • The devices must have the capability to install and use on the Authority's SharePoint Gateway Connector.
