The City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department is seeking services for small area laser grading and turf fraise mowing to assist with rebuilding golf tees and correcting grading issues on baseball infields. The contractor will be responsible for fraise mowing and laser grading, as well as distributing infield material and re-establishing laser grade. The contract period will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. • The contractor must provide firm, fixed prices for the services. • The contractor must have experience with similar services. • The contractor must provide information about their organization, including a brief company history and a list of current contracts/clients. • The contractor must provide information about their personnel, including resumes and licenses/certifications. • The contractor must provide a plan for performing the requirements of the RFP. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wages and labor standards.
