Michigan State University is seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive Shared Governance Assessment to evaluate the effectiveness, responsiveness, and inclusiveness of shared governance across the university. The assessment will include stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, and analysis of current governance structures and processes. The consultant will provide recommendations for improvements and a step-by-step plan for implementing changes.
