Description:
The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking a contractor to provide hematology equipment and services, including two hematology analyzers, test kits, reagents, calibrators, controls, supplies, and preventative maintenance service. The contract term is from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2030. The equipment and services will be used at the Nathan Kline Institute, located at 140 Old Orangeburg Rd, Orangeburg, NY 10962. * The contractor must provide all-inclusive pricing for the equipment and services. * The contractor must ensure that the equipment and services meet the requirements outlined in the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document. * The contractor must participate in an optional site visit on May 6, 2025. * The contractor must submit questions by May 15, 2025, and bids by June 5, 2025.
