Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the scope of work, which involves general welding services for residential developments, the budget could be substantial. The contract term is 3 years with two possible one-year extensions, which suggests a long-term commitment. The budget may be influenced by factors such as the number of residential developments, the complexity of the welding services required, and the contractor's level of expertise. A rough estimate for the budget could be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million per year, depending on the scope and complexity of the work.
