The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking a contractor to provide Vehicle Lift Preventative Maintenance, Inspection, Testing, and Repair Services at the Avenal State Prison (ASP) located at 1 Kings Way, Avenal, CA 93204. The contractor will be compensated according to the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The scope of work includes performing preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair services for vehicle lifts. The contractor must meet all qualifications and licensing requirements at the time of bid opening. • The contract term is for 3 years, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. • The contractor must provide rate(s) on the Rate Sheet (Exhibit B-1) and set forth rates in clear, legible figures. • The contractor must submit a completed application for DVBE participation and have a completed DVBE application on file with the DGS, OSDS, by 5:00 p.m. on the date bids are due. • The contractor must comply with the general prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by the State.
