Description:
The City of Livermore is seeking a qualified contractor to provide solar panel maintenance, repair, cleaning, and reporting services. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supplies, and equipment to perform the services according to the City's specifications. The contract term will be from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2031, with an option to extend for an additional five-year term. The contractor must possess a valid Class B General Contractors License and a C46 – Solar Contractor License. Key services include: • Maintenance and repair of solar panels • Cleaning of solar panels • Reporting on the condition and performance of solar panels • Compliance with all ordinances, regulations, and lawful requirements of the City, County, State, and Federal government The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to cancel the RFP process at any time.
