The San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) Services. The contract period will be for 57 months, starting from October 1, 2025, and the projected allocation for this service is approximately $4,877,489 annually. The proposer must provide a comprehensive proposal that includes a plan for providing CSU services, meeting the requirements outlined in the RFP, and demonstrating the ability to provide high-quality services. Some key requirements include: being a non-profit, for-profit organization, or other legally constituted business entity; having a current Medi-Cal Certification or the ability to become Medi-Cal Certified; having no record of unsatisfactory performance with any government agency or County Department; and registering in the County's Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) system.
