Description:
The San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) Services. The contract period will be for 57 months, starting from October 1, 2025, and the projected allocation for this service is approximately $4,877,489 annually. The proposer must provide a comprehensive proposal that includes a plan for providing CSU services, meeting the requirements outlined in the RFP, and demonstrating the ability to provide high-quality services. Some key requirements include: being a non-profit, for-profit organization, or other legally constituted business entity; having a current Medi-Cal Certification or the ability to become Medi-Cal Certified; having no record of unsatisfactory performance with any government agency or County Department; and registering in the County's Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) system. The proposal must also include a detailed budget, a description of the proposer's experience and qualifications, and a plan for ensuring the confidentiality and security of protected health information. • The proposer must provide a comprehensive plan for providing CSU services, including a description of the services to be provided, the target population, and the proposer's experience and qualifications. • The proposer must demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality services, including a plan for ensuring the confidentiality and security of protected health information. • The proposer must meet all the requirements outlined in the RFP, including being a non-profit, for-profit organization, or other legally constituted business entity, and having a current Medi-Cal Certification or the ability to become Medi-Cal Certified. • The proposer must register in the County's Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) system and submit the proposal through the ePro system. • The proposer must provide a detailed budget and a description of the proposer's experience and qualifications.
