Description:
Denver Water is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from Suppliers of PolyDADMAC and Polyacrylamide Polymers for use in the water treatment process. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to test the available samples of Polymers that meet or exceed all requirements of ANSI/AWWA Standards and shall be certified as meeting ANSI/NSF 60 standards for use in potable water treatment. • The estimated annual usage of PolyDADMAC is approximately 1,400,000 lbs in a typical year. • The estimated annual usage of Polyacrylamide for flocculant and/or sludge conditioning aid is approximately 8,000 lbs in a typical year. • Suppliers must submit a SOQ in response to this RFQ regardless of its current business relationship with Denver Water and qualified under this RFQ to receive an invitation to compete for this purchase. • The RFQ includes product specifications, shipping requirements, and evaluation criteria for the selection process.
