The City of New London is seeking proposals from qualified clean energy developers for a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to develop, own, operate, and maintain a solar energy system at the New London Community Recreation Center Property. The selected developer will be responsible for decommissioning the system at the end of the PPA term. The City will work with the winning bidder to enter into a binding Option Agreement and apply for a NRES incentive for the solar energy system.
