The City of Santa Rosa is seeking a vendor to provide Turblex Blower Services for the City's Laguna Treatment Plant. The scope of work includes the provision of blower services for two blowers, Blower #1 (Serial #5779, Model #KA22SV-GL225) and Blower #2 (Serial #5778, Model #KA22SV-GL225). The vendor must provide a quote for the services, including materials, labor, and tax. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bids. • The vendor must provide a completed bid packet, including a scope of work, list of subcontractors, cost sheet, and signature page. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. • The vendor must provide proof of registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and a valid DIR registration number. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance, including general liability, business auto coverage, workers' compensation, and employer's liability insurance. • The vendor must provide a local vendor preference claim, if applicable. • The vendor must provide a designated contact person and address.
