The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is seeking experienced outside legal counsel to assist with complex federal employment law matters, including representation before administrative bodies and federal courts, and support across all stages of employment litigation. The selected law firm will support the DFC Office of General Counsel by providing expert advice and representation in alignment with federal rules and standards. Key objectives may include providing high-quality legal representation in federal employment law litigation, submitting timely and accurate pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses, advising DFC on litigation strategy and resolution options, representing DFC in administrative hearings, mediations, and court proceedings, and coordinating with DFC's Office of General Counsel and the Department of Justice to ensure unified legal positions.
