Description:
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for HVAC maintenance services at the Cajon Platform Scales. The scope of work includes providing HVAC maintenance services as described in Exhibit A. The agreement term is anticipated to be effective from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2029. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid. • The bidder must possess a valid C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor, California Contractor’s State License Board Specialty License. • The bidder must have a past record of sound business integrity and history of being responsive to past contractual obligations. • The bidder must supply proof of liability insurance that meets the requirements in Exhibit E. • The bidder must comply with all instructions and requirements outlined in the IFB.
