The U.S. Embassy Kyiv is soliciting vendors to supply uniform shirts and pants. The vendor must deliver the items within 20 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order. The quote shall include the price for delivery to Kyiv, Ukraine, and all items shall be officially imported to Ukraine on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms. The U.S. Government intends to make an award to the responsible vendor submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. • The uniform shirts must be tactical short sleeve shirts, color khaki, made of 6.5 oz 65% polyester / 32% cotton / 3% spandex NEX Stretch fabric. • The uniform pants must be tactical pants, color navy-blue (dark-navy, LAPD), made of durable ripstop fabric. • The vendor must provide a detailed description of the items, including brand name or equal, cost per unit, number of units, and total value of the order. • The offer must be supported with a completed Express NDAA Compliance Certification Form. • The U.S. Government will make payment within 30 calendar days after receipt of the equipment and complete installation based on a valid detailed invoice.
