The offeror must submit documents including a manufacturer authorization letter, assurance letter for local after-sale service and manufacturer warranty claim, list of clients over the past three years, and proof of SAM registration. The evaluation will be based on the "Lowest price technically Acceptable" and other factors such as prior experience and the Government's determination of quoter acceptability and responsibility. • The van should meet the Nepal Vehicle Mass Emission Standard. • The delivery should be made to the American Embassy Kathmandu, Nepal, duty free price. • The payment terms are NET 30, 30 days net after receipt and acceptance of items. • The offeror should submit their offer to the email address ktmcontracts@state.gov, including the solicitation/RFQ number and description in the email subject. • The offeror should not copy their offer to any other email address.
